Customer Service Hours
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. When doing so, please keep in mind the following:
- • Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- • Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
- • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date.
- • If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
- • Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. A return authorization number is not required.
