Each light is encased in a 2.5 inch by 1.5 inch solar system yellow plastic Starfleet patch emblazoned with the likeness of Captain James T. Kirk. There are ten lights to a strand, each spaced 12 inches apart with a 30 inch plug-in lead. The strand is UL approved for indoor and outdoor use on Earth and is recognized by the Federation as safe in most galactic star systems. Not recommended for Klingons or Tribbles.
