Meet Lindsey, our head of Customer Service. Lindsey and her team work hard every day to make sure our customers are a priority. The team’s day begins at 6am PST each morning and someone is typically around until 6pm every night. They answer phones, respond to customer emails, and work hand-in-hand with customers to make sure their transactions are smooth.
A few months ago, we signed up to have Lights for All Occasions considered for a free rigorous customer service test through a company called StellaService. Stella’s staff measures customer service by becoming a customer themselves – essentially, they become a secret shopper.
Through this process they are able to put together a solid picture of how an online company operates, from phone and email communication to shipping times and return policies. We feel honored to have been selected by StellaService to have our company reviewed, and we are ecstatic that they have rated Lights for All Occasions as EXCELLENT!
An EXCELLENT rating means we have “a proven track record of high quality customer service.” It is also on par with, and may even beat in some cases, the ratings of well-known large online companies!
