Return and Exchange Policy
You can make returns or exchanges via US Mail or UPS with a copy of your LightsForAllOccasions.com packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of LightsForAllOccasions.com (Vaughan Safety, Inc.) is required. All returns must be unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return policy does not apply to custom imprinted items. Other restrictions may apply.

Shipping & Handling
We utilize UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is integrated with UPS to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground shipping. Next Day, Second Day, and 3 Day Select orders are shipped the same day if the order is received by 11 am Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Ground orders received by 11 am Pacific Time are usually shipped Monday through Friday before 11 am Pacific Time. Orders received after this time are usually shipped the next day. Shortages in inventory, incomplete address info, weather complications, holidays and other factors can affect delivery. For this reason, ground service delivery dates are not guaranteed. However, we will guarantee expedited shipping if your order is placed before our 11 a.m. deadline (M-F, holidays/weekends excepted).
If it is critical that you receive your delivery by a certain date within a two week window, we highly recommend you select one of the expedited UPS shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). LightsForAllOccasions.com and our shipping partner, UPS go to great lengths to process these orders as quickly as possible.
Attention Hawaii and Alaska Customers: UPS 3 Day Select shipping is not available to your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.
Attention Customers in Canada: We offer UPS Standard Shipping to our customers in Canada. Please select UPS Standard Canada as your shipping option

We frequently receive catalog requests, unfortunately our product selection and pricing change too frequently to keep a printed catalog up-to-date. Our entire selection of products and current pricing is available on our website. We update our site daily with the newest products and pricing for your convenience. While you are shopping our store, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, use our search feature on every page or feel free to chat with an agent online, call our toll free customer service line at 866-285-5212 or submit an inquiry using our online contact form.
Custom Imprinting
Most of the products available at LightsForAllOccasions.com are great for imprinting custom logos. Give visibility to your company name and logo by using our imprinted products as promotional items. Memorialize special occasions by imprinting names, dates and personalized messages on items such as Drinkware or Candles for weddings, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, etc.

Notes:
ARTWORK FORMAT: Vector image in Illustrator (other hi-res images accepted).
TURN AROUND TIME: Typically 15 - 20 business days following receipt of artwork and payment.
MINIMUMS: Minimum quantity is 50 pieces for imprinting.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped complete via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Insurance is required and is added to freight charge.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due up front prior to commencing the imprinting process.
Other Costs:
Custom Artwork - $60.00/hour (If art provided is in a usable format there is no artwork charge.)
Rush Fee - $65.00 plus the cost of expedited shipping
